Flexibility. Since this is the position where there are so many tasks, it is best to become more versatile. Flexibility at all times enhances skills in facing many challenges in life. There are a lot of other things that can be done in becoming effective in doing some management. However, these basic things will help create a big difference in the workplace. Just try it.
